1. Acceptance of Terms

3.3 Account Security

5. Withdrawals

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

The minimum stake on any single bet at pk567 is Rs 20. Maximum stake limits vary by market and event and are displayed at the time of bet placement. pk567 reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to specific members based on account history.

6.3 Odds Changes

Odds displayed on pk567 are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. If the odds on your selection change between clicking "Place Bet" and confirmation, pk567 will notify you of the new price. You may then accept the new price or cancel the bet. Pre-match bets are settled at the odds displayed at time of confirmed placement.

6.4 Void Bets

A bet may be voided by pk567 in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result; the bet was placed on an incorrect price due to a platform error; the market was suspended at the time of bet placement due to technical reasons; or the event is subsequently determined to have been affected by match-fixing. When a bet is voided, the stake is returned to your pk567 wallet in full.

6.5 Results and Settlements

pk567 uses official results from the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, UEFA for football) for settlement purposes. Unofficial or social media reports are not used for settlement. If an official result is delayed, settlement will be postponed until the governing body confirms the result. For in-play markets settled on specific events (next goal, next wicket), settlement follows the live official scorecards as verified by pk567's data feed providers.

7. Bonus & Promotions Terms

pk567 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms stated within the individual promotion. It is your responsibility to read the specific terms of any promotion before opting in.

7.1 Welcome Bonus

New members who make their first qualifying deposit at pk567 are eligible for the welcome bonus as described on the Promotions page at the time of registration. The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. 7.2 Wagering Requirements

7.3 Bonus Restrictions

7.4 Accumulator Boost

pk567's accumulator boost applies automatically to qualifying accumulators at settlement. To qualify: (a) the accumulator must contain a minimum of 5 selections; (b) all selections must be at odds of 1.50 or above; (c) the boost applies to the net winnings portion only, not the returned stake; and (d) the boost cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated. pk567 reserves the right to modify boost percentages or withdraw the accumulator boost at any time.

8. Casino & Games

pk567's casino section includes live dealer games, slots, and card games. All casino games at pk567 use certified random number generation (RNG) or live dealer operations provided by licensed third-party game suppliers. 8.1 Technical Faults

10. Prohibited Conduct

10. Placing bets while under the influence of a self-exclusion order.

pk567 maintains a full audit trail of all account activity and reserves the right to conduct investigations into suspected prohibited conduct at any time. 11. Account Suspension & Closure

pk567 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe
• Suspected underage access
• Duplicate account detection
• Extended inactivity (accounts inactive for more than 12 months may be classified as dormant)
• At our reasonable commercial discretion where continued operation of the account poses risk to pk567 or other members

11.1 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, no bet, no deposit). pk567 will notify you by email before applying a dormancy status. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly administration charge of Rs 200 after the dormancy period begins, deducted from the account balance. Where the balance reaches zero, the account may be closed. Reactivation is possible at any time by logging in.

11.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your pk567 account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any pending bets will be settled normally, applicable bonus requirements must be reviewed, and your remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on pk567 — including but not limited to the website design, logos, text, graphics, odds data, software, and the pk567 brand name — is the intellectual property of pk567 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pk567 platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only.

14. Changes to These Terms

Continued use of pk567 after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
